A ground-up brand identity and web presence that nearly tripled monthly qualified leads.
Fieldstone Group had grown well past its original identity — a logo and color palette designed for a much smaller, single-office operation. As the company expanded regionally, the mismatch between the brand and the business became a real credibility problem in a market where trust drives every decision.
The objective was a full identity system that could scale across multiple offices and a growing agent roster, paired with a website that actually converted the traffic their marketing was already generating.
We designed a complete identity system — mark, color, typography, and documented guidelines — grounded in research into comparable regional real estate brands, then built a new website on top of it engineered specifically to convert listing traffic into qualified leads.
Guidelines were structured so any future office or campaign could apply the brand consistently without needing to come back to us for every asset.
