For California residents, Artovate Digital complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes beyond what's described in our Privacy Policy.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it's used, request deletion of personal information we hold, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share data, so this is not applicable to our current practices), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Artovate Digital does not sell or share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we don't engage in the sale of personal information, no "Do Not Sell" opt-out mechanism is required — if this changes, we will update this page and provide the required opt-out link.
To exercise your CCPA rights, email hello@artovatedigital.com with the subject line "CCPA Request." We will verify your identity before fulfilling the request and respond within the timeframe required by law.
